The Booking Process
To ensure a smooth and professional experience, my booking process typically follows these steps:
Initial Inquiry: Please contact me via email with the details of your project. The more information you can provide, the better I can serve you. Please include:
Project type (e.g., recording, concert, lesson)
Dates and timeline
For music: scores and/or reference tracks
Your budget, if available
Consultation & Quote: I will review the materials and follow up to discuss the project’s scope. I will then provide a clear, detailed quote and a estimated timeline for delivery or performance.
Agreement & Deposit: Upon your approval, I will send a simple service agreement and an invoice for a deposit to secure the dates.
Preparation & Execution: I will prepare and deliver the service as agreed—whether it’s recording your track, performing at your concert, or leading your masterclass.
Final Delivery & Payment: You will receive the final product (audio files, performance, etc.), followed by the final invoice for any remaining balance.
